Every product page has a size guide with body measurements. Measure your bust, waist and hips, and compare them with the chart for that style. Fit and flare, wrap and bodycon dresses follow the body more closely, so check the waist measurement carefully. A-line, gathered and tiered styles are cut to sit loosely, so if you are between two sizes, the larger one is usually the safer choice. Still unsure? Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Shipping is free on orders above Rs. 1,299, and a shipping charge of Rs. 99 applies to orders below that amount. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed. We accept UPI, debit cards, credit cards, net banking and wallets. All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway at checkout.

Once your order is dispatched, we send you a tracking link by email and message. Use it to follow your parcel. If you have not received it within 10 days of placing your order, write to us with your order number through our contact page, and we will check the status for you.

You can request a change of size or address, or a cancellation, before your order is dispatched. Please write to us through our contact page with your order number as soon as possible. If your order has already been dispatched, you can still request a return or an exchange under our Return and Exchange Policy.

You can request a return or an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The product should be unused and in its original condition, as described in our policy. We are sorry if this happens. Please write to us through our contact page within 10 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the product and the packaging. After checking the details, we will arrange a replacement or a refund, as set out in our Return and Exchange Policy.

Always read the care label on the garment first. As a general guide, wash dark and bright colours separately, use a mild detergent, avoid harsh scrubbing on prints and embroidery, and dry in the shade so the colour lasts longer. Iron on the reverse side at a temperature suited to the fabric. The same advice applies to our dresses, kurtas and night wear, and gathered or tiered styles keep their shape best with a gentle wash.
