Shipping policy

Here is what to expect once you place an order with Fuchsia Women.

Where We Deliver

We currently deliver only within India. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1 business day of being placed, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Delivery Timelines

Orders are usually delivered within 5 to 7 days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location. These timelines are estimates and may vary because of courier delays, weather or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on orders of ₹999 and above. A flat shipping charge of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹999. The final shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available for pin codes served by our courier partners, and you will see the option at checkout if your pin code qualifies. A Cash on Delivery handling fee of ₹50 is added to the order total. Payment is collected when your order is delivered.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking link by email or SMS so that you can follow its progress.

Failed Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will attempt delivery to the address you provided at checkout. If delivery cannot be completed after several attempts, the order will be returned to us. We will then contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund, as applicable.

Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged Parcels

If your parcel looks damaged on arrival, or the item inside is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our Return and Exchange Policy explains how we will resolve it.
