Products and Pricing

We make every effort to display our products, colours and prices accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your device's display settings. All prices on the Site are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, descriptions or availability of any product at any time without prior notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the products in your cart. We may accept or decline any order for reasons including product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity. You can pay online through the payment options shown at checkout, or choose Cash on Delivery where it is available for your pin code. Prepaid orders must be paid in full before they are processed.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped. To cancel, please contact us at info@fuchsia.com with your order number. Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders are made to the original payment method within 7 to 15 days. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you may still request a return or exchange after delivery under our Return and Exchange Policy.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Shipping and Delivery Policy and our Return and Exchange Policy. Both policies form part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images and the Fuchsia Women name and branding, belongs to Kissoss Lifestyle Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
